The KOMETEKH Scientific and production enterprise joint stock company was organized in 2004. The basis of collective was made by the experts having a wide experience in development, production and operation of telecommunication equipment.

Our company is a developer and manufacturer of measuring instruments with the brand name "MAX", designed to test communication networks testers, measuring the parameters of the data channels, telecom equipment testing and allow to solve a whole range of important tasks, namely:

• conduct performance measurement and certification of E1;
• control and quantitative assessment of network channel quality parameters of the packet-switched;
• maintenance, certification, acceptance testing on the Fast and Gigabit Ethernet networks;
• perform arbitration functions for checking the quality indicators of communication services;
• execution of tests with the settings as a preset in accordance with international recommendations and flexibly configured by the user;
• verification of the synchronization equipment according to the packet network and a comprehensive measurement of the synchronization settings for NTP and PTP protocols;
• measurement of time differences in scale communication networks of operators with respect to the set of coordinated time scale using GLONASS GNSS signals.
